I can’t explain in words how grateful I am with the Clipper Shack. Anyone looking to start a sharpening business should seriously consider buying their equipment from you all. Your nipper sharpening and shear sharpening systems are both one of a kind and extremely effective. Your customer service and support is exceptional. The nipper machine is small, light weight, and mobile. The mechanism to adjust the nipper and sharpen it is extremely effective and quick. I highly recommended it. It allows you to service all nail salons quickly and effectively. The EZ -Vex shear sharpening system is outstanding. Just like the nipper machine, it’s small, light weight and mobile. The learning curve to use the system is the best in the industry to sharpen shears. As much as I like all your sharpening systems, your customer service and support is exceptional. Being a novice in the industry, I was heavily disadvantaged out in the field. Pam and Mike quickly got me up to speed on industry information and standards. They truly made me feel I was part of the Clipper Shack team. Pam and Mike fielded all my questions without exception (even weekends). They truly made a difference for me. Mike, it has been almost three weeks since I spent a day with you showing me how to properly use the EZ-VEX sharpening system. Since then I have been using the EZ-VEX on all convex scissor I sharpen and have had no problems sharpening any of these scissors. As a matter of fact I believe the EZ-Vex does a better job than the system I was using. I also believe the EZ-Vex is easier on the scissors and will make them last longer. I have found that by slowing the machine down I can start at the tip of the blade and stop any hesitation marks when starting at the back of the blade. Thank you for the machine and the help.
