Text Box: Main Frame of Nipper System The main frame of the machine is VERY sturdy it is made of Structural grade aluminum. The machine is polished shiny and is very attractive to both the nail techs and the Nail Salon owners. The machine is made in the USA and is custom made. Clamp A This Clamp holds the nippers in place and you will be able to sharpen both inside bevels using the clamp A It pivots as well as moves on the Xaxis. This Allows accurate placement of the cutting edge onto the wheel. This clamp holds many sizes and styles of pedicure and manicure nippers. Text Box: Y Slide of the Nipper Sharpening The Y slide is the precision machined part of the sharpening system that allows for the axis movement. This is a vital part in allowing both Clamp A and Clamp B to slide freely to the doubled sided diamond disc. Clamp B This Clamp pivots and moves on the Xaxis. This Allows accurate placement of the cutting edge onto the wheel. Clamp B Allows adjustment of the closing of the nippers. The Nippers must close properly in order to work.
